All our vehicles are suitable for the use of child/baby seats. The safety and comfort of our passengers is very important to us. Please inform us at the time of booking of the number of adults and children travelling, and of any child seat requirements.
There is no additional cost to travel with a folding wheelchair. Please inform us at the time of your booking if you are bringing a folding wheelchair with you.
From the airport
the details of where to meet the driver will be indicated on your booking voucher. (please remember to bring this with you) The driver will be carrying a sign with the Splashtransfers logo and your name.
For the airport
If you are travelling from a hotel, the driver will meet you in the entrance/main lobby area. If you are being collected from a private apartment of villa, please be outside at the scheduled time. In other cases, please advise at the time of booking of the exact meeting point (square, monument etc.)
Your driver will wait up to an hour after your indicated flight has landed. If a member of your group is detained at the baggage or customs area, please send one member of your party to inform the driver.
All our drivers are informed of the status of your flight, however if you are informed in advance of delays over 2 hours; please contact our emergency hotline number, indicated on your voucher.
In the rare event that your driver is late, please contact the emergency number on your voucher, and inform our customer service team, who will attend to you immediately. Note that we do not consider drivers to be late until 10minutes after the schedule pick up time has passed. We ask you to be patient, and allow for heavier volumes of traffic or minor delays, particularly in busier season periods.
Yes. You can change your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call our 24/7 assistance number.
If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so in writing up to 24 hours before the reserved service so as not to incur any charges. If you cancel the booking within less than 24 hours of the scheduled service, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the cost of this service. Please make sure your cancellations are emailed to email@example.com.
The sending of your booking voucher is automatic, and takes place after the payment process .If you have not received a confirmation email with your booking voucher, 4 hours after making your reservation, contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone. Please double check your email spam folder just in case it has been re-directed, before contacting us.
